It is only a carefully designed Instagram content strategy that will help you to grow your business fat and tremendously. Therefore, when you make your plan for marketing your product and brand, focus more on content creation.
Improving your organic Instagram content will include three specific aspects such as:
- Creating and
- Optimizing Instagram content for your business.
To start with, you will need to establish a content theme. This should align with your business goals, your brand objective as well as your Instagram profile. This needs careful planning to give your content that distinctive look and feel of your business profile.
You will need to put income thought and effort while creating a theme for your Instagram content such as:
- The type of content that will be in relevance to your product and the message you want to convey through your post
- The colors to use so that you can make your content more attractive and give it a unique individuality
- The filters to apply to your photos so that it can be made more useful and appealing to the users.
This will impress your followers for Instagram a great deal and you will be able to morph your Instagram grid into an interconnecting and far better collection of photos and videos.
Creating a perfect Instagram content strategy
Next up, you will need to follow the specific steps that will help you to create a perfect Instagram content strategy. It is only a strategically designed content strategy that will ensure that your Instagram account generate more leads, traffic, conversion, and sales and not just bring in a few likes.
In order to create a winning Instagram content plan for your business Instagram account is however not a tedious or a painful process. All you have to do is make sure that you use a handy planning tool for creating an Instagram content plan. These tools are very effective and useful for:
- Designing and uploading your photos and videos
- Editing them to perfection
- Drafting suitable captions
- Scheduling your posts
- Including useful and trustworthy stories
- Researching for the most popular and relevant hashtags as well as
- Reviewing different analytics to know the performance of your posts.
Also, know about the lifestyle that you wish to sell through your grid and clarify it to your followers before you even dive deep into the planning process of your content on Instagram. The golden rule to follow here is to believe that your audience will not buy what you sell. Instead they will buy who they can become when they use your product.
Determining your audience and objectives
In order to create a winning Instagram content marketing strategy that will kick start your business there are two specific things that you should focus on the right at the outset.
First, you will need to identify and understand your audience that you want to reach out to on the social media platforms. Remember there are nearly 4 billion users across all social media networks and Instagram along with accounts to a quarter of it. therefore, this is not an easy task. For this, you will need to know for sure whether or not your audience you are trying to reach is really using the app. You will also need to know:
- The target demographic such as their age, gender, interests, location, and even diets to cater your content fittingly
- Determine their other behavior like the kind of hashtags they use, social sites they hang out at, other brands that they are interested in and the brands they follow on Instagram.
Therefore, thorough audience research is a must to focus better on your Instagram marketing strategy.
Secondly, you must determine your business as well as marketing objectives so that you can align it with the demands and needs of your target audience. Know what you want to achieve and keep it reasonable and tangible. Know the metrics and KPIs to track your Instagram performance to avoid wasting time, efforts and resources.
Establishing the strategy
Once you have your Instagram content strategy in place you must define and establish it properly as well. this will ensure that you achieve your goals and it serves your purpose as well on the platform.
This may seem too easy to you and a no-brainer but you will need to know the answers as to what exactly you want to do on this platform in the first place. Therefore, know whether you are interested in:
- Simply generating more leads or
- Building a larger and more engaged community or
- Creating better and more impactful brand awareness.
Set your social media goals appropriately so that you can determine the amount of time that you need to spend on this platform. In fact, the return on your investment on Instagram will largely depend on the goals that you set.
Improve the strategy
Now that you have created and established your Instagram marketing strategy, you will need to track its performance on a regular basis so that you make necessary adjustments to improve its performance. In order to get a clue of what an improved performance means, you will be better off if you follow a few of your favorite brands and even your competitors.
- When you know what the followers are doing, you will not only be able to increase your following but will also help you to establish your brand in a more authoritative manner.
- When you have a lot of followers it will increase the visibility of your posts and thereby increase the possibility of gaining more clicks on the link in your Instagram profile bio.
- It will increase the number of organic traffic to your site.
Last but not least, if you integrate email with your Instagram marketing strategy you will be able to send more compelling content that will also increase the number of traffic and chances of conversion and sales. In addition to that, you can promote your profile on other social media channels as well as having an Instagram badge on your site helping you to reach your email subscribers more easily.
How the Capsule Hackathon Bridges Sustainability and Corporate Innovation to Produce a Record-Breaking Event
Hackathons are a special breed of events for their role in innovation. Originating in the tech industry, hackathons have been adopted across almost every segment and come in all shapes and sizes. The collaborative nature and mind share allows for rapid creation of ideas. Companies and industries continue to use hackathons to extract innovative ideas with individuals who can build them. If there is something that needs this innovative approach more than anything, its the climate crisis.
Hackathons have become a crucial channel for generating new ideas and connecting with the people who can bring them to life. We’ve all heard how challenging it is for large companies to keep innovating, which is why Fortune 1000 companies are adopting hackathons as an integral component of their innovation pipelines. As large companies enhance their corporate social responsibility efforts, their interest in certain technologies overlaps with climate-focused solutions.
Seeing opportunity in the alignment of the need for corporate innovation, Experimental Civics is hosting Capsule 2020 with the participation of key partners. Capsule is a civic hackathon hosting over 4,000 hackers on June 20-21, 2020 in Austin, Texas to hack forward 500+ projects that all intersect with the environment.
Through various strategic partnerships with universities, corporate innovation labs, and non-governmental bodies, the innovation pipeline extends beyond the two-day hackathon event.
Early partner support
Nothing happens without the involvement of strategic and passionate partners. In the roster of community partners is Oxford AI Society, where VP of Partnerships, Ruben Drayton states, “Partnerships are very important for us in reaching more people and inching closer to our mission. Hackathons are where brilliant people come together to create novel solutions, and the spirit of Capsule reflects our goal of connecting AI talent with multidisciplinary problems for drastically improved answers to the most complex issues of our time. We are therefore excited to be able to see what comes out of the event, and hope to bridge Oxford’s AI knowledge with other communities around the world.”
An early partner of Capsule is The Earth Hacks Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to building grassroots environmental hackathons at universities. Also confirmed, is Tech Together, a student-run nonprofit that equips individuals with the tools and resources necessary to host an all-female and non-binary hackathon with the mission to end the gender hack gap in technology. Zero Waste Strategies, an Austin-based waste diversion, and consultancy group is a sustainability partner helping to reduce waste created at the event. Additional community partners include Welti, Youth Climate Leaders, and Key Conservation.
“Partnerships are at the heart of innovation. For Key Conservation, we are working to help conservation efforts on a global scale and to be able to do that we need to have our eyes and ears to the pulse of these efforts happening around the world. Our partnerships are crucial in allowing us to have these insights so we are not only building something that can be useful globally but they allow us access to local knowledge, personal in-field experiences, areas of expertise and to see the world from a different perspective, which is priceless. One of the more exciting features of the Key Conservation app is the ability for skilled professionals to use their skills to help conservation organizations. When we heard about how Capsule was bringing people from all over the world, from different skill sets to help tackle climate change we knew we had to be involved. We truly believe that no matter what you do for a living you can use those skills to make a difference which is exactly what Capsule is working to do.”Megan Cromp, Director at Key Conservation
Capsule’s founder, Sarah Sharif, has successfully helped clients like Redbull, Google Fiber, and Mozilla to extract 6-figure ideas while also impacting their social bottom line. Sharif’s relevant, high-level unique experiences serve as a cornerstone in her efforts to execute on Capsule. Sharif is a former Director of ATX Hack for Change, winner of a Mozilla Science Grant in 2019 for her work with Life Sci Hack, and Judge for both the Mozilla Gigabit Community Fund and City of Austin’s Gigabit Fund awarding over $310K to spur the generation of local social enterprises.
As an 18-month innovation program, Capsule uses the 2-day hackathon to bring together everyone that is involved throughout the process. Before the event, organizations and individuals are welcome to submit project ideas to lead and spread the word.
It takes a village
Hackathon projects are just projects at first, but the real goal is to see promising projects evolve into actual businesses. Diversity is key when it comes to organizing hacking teams with complementary skills. Participating hackers come from all sorts of backgrounds including students, developers, designers, scientists, entrepreneurs and more.
A common misconception is that you need to have technical skills to participate in hackathons, but that is not the case with Capsule since the aim is to build a business that needs many diverse minds. Anyone looking to participate in Capsule to be a part of breaking a world record is welcome to share their project ideas during open call Jan. 27, 2020 – Apr. 15, 2020. Finalists will be announced on May 4, 2020.
“We need all the builders, doers, makers, creators, thinkers, and leaders to get involved now. The complexities of the climate crisis present certain challenges that I believe our hackathon formula is well equipped to overcome.”Sarah Sharif, Founder of Experimental Civics and Founder of Capsule
Those who submit their project ideas will have their proposed idea go through the project selection process and finalists will have to be present at the event in order to run the project as a project lead.
On-site support from a small army of volunteers will help the event run smoothly. Volunteers support all event functions from traffic control, runner duties, event setup, event takedown, greeter, information, etc. Volunteer training will be provided before the event and all volunteer-related affairs will be tracked using the volunteer management system, GivePulse.
An ambitious goal of solving the climate crisis needs to be met with an equally ambitious approach. That’s exactly what Capsule offers with a civic hackathon, focus on open science, diverse participants, and a support network for the continued development of promising projects.

What Skills are Required to be Radio Frequency Engineer?
Radiofrequency (RF) technology is not the type of career that has a high wear rate. But if the job is as good as it sounds, why is it so difficult for companies to find RF engineers to fill their vacancies?
There are two main reasons. The first is due to the basic rule of supply and demand. The field of wireless communication has grown steadily in recent years, as have the areas of software and computer technology.
Because the demand for software developers has been so high, and the profession has a reputation for paying extremely high salaries, many engineering students have focused on this field.
Radiofrequency (RF) is generated when an alternating current flows through a conductive substantial. Their frequency and length consider waves. The frequency is measured in Hertz(Hz) (or cycles per second) and the wavelength in meters (or centimeters).
Radio waves are electromagnetic waves and move at the speed of light in free space.
The equation that connects frequency and length is as follows: Speed of light (c) = frequency x wavelength.
In the equation, you can see that the wavelength decreases as the RF frequency increases; this is how RF works.
Become a Radio Frequency Engineer
Radiofrequency engineers are specialists in the field of electrical engineering. They work with devices that send or receive radio waves, including wireless devices, radios, and cell phones. Training in general electronics, physics, and mathematics is required to design and improve wireless networks. Engineers must also have excellent communication skills, as they can expect to work as a team or with others outside their area of expertise. These employees generally work in an office environment for a typical full-time week.
Although the role of the RF engineer is highly technical, general skills such as active listening and listening are critical to success in this area. RF engineers must also have the perfect mix of independent work and collaboration with others. Based on our analysis of vacancies for RF engineers, here are some general and advanced skills that employers expect from RF engineering candidates.
Job Description for Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer
RF engineers are in charge of conducting research that helps the success of communication sensors and surveillance radars, including research in the areas of bistatic, passive, and active multiple inputs, multiple outputs, monostaticdetectors, and speed cameras above the horizon.
RF engineers need to broaden their current knowledge of radio frequency sensor components, data acquisition, and analysis to improve the design, testing, and evaluation of radars. Their job is to take measurements to measure performance, efficiency, and relevance in the laboratory and to create systems that other engineers can use to test these areas in the laboratory. Executive engineers can directly supervise some of their work. Experienced engineers generally assist RF engineers in all aspects of data campaigns and acquisitions. Cleaning and office work may also require for each shift.
This situation generally requires at least five years of experience in the radiofrequency field. Some institutions require at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, others a master’s degree. Some employers also need to know about analysis software such as Matlab, C, or VHDL.

RF Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
RF engineers specialize in the development, implementation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems. The following tasks and responsibilities illustrate what specific tasks look like
Optimize the performance of existing wireless networks
Think about how the wireless internet on our smartphones has changed from 1G to 4G LTE. These advances are the result of RF engineers who continually review the network’s KPIs and regularly maintain existing equipment.
Design RF patterns for new wireless networks
Another critical task for the RF engineer is to design RF diagrams for the construction of new wireless networks. For those working in telecommunications engineering, this can include surveying the land acquired to position communication towers optimally. This data then examined, and it used to create a personalized plan that makes the team’s vision a reality.
Make sure that the legal standards observed
Anyone operating in a regulated industry such as telecommunications must pass several government license tests. RF engineers use the information they received during this licensing process to ensure full compliance with FCC regulations.
Analyze the equipment and identify areas for improvement
Much of an RF engineer’s time is spent in the field, either installing new radios or maintaining existing equipment. It includes analyzing the functionality of the devices and recommending upgrades for decision-makers if necessary.
Communicate data with digital software
Understanding the KPIs of wireless networks in a way that decision-makers understand is an essential part of an RF engineer’s job. According to our research on job descriptions for HF engineers, this usually done using Excel worksheets.
The average salary for electronics engineers, which includes RF engineers, is $ 90,300. Agreeing to the BLS, those in the 90th percentile earn more than $ 152,000, while those in the 10th percentile make $ 63,400. The three states with the highest average wages for RF engineers are California at $ 111,500, Maryland, at $ 117,000, and Rhode Island at $ 118,600.
