Entrepreneurship

An inspiring journey of Yana Saikouskaya

Published

on

Born in Belarus, Minsk, Yana Saikouskaya has a troubled childhood growing in this small country where people don’t even have the right to vote. Living under a dictator, the living conditions were terrible, to say the least.

She lost her father at the age of four. Her mother had to work several jobs to make the need. Yana swept the stairs in the morning at the age of seven to earn her first salary. Yana worked three full days a week to pay for her school expenses. She worked in a casino at the age of sixteen to pay for her university when tragedy struck. Her mom was murdered when Yana was working.

That’s where Yana decided to move out of her country to Miami in order to start a new life. She was fed up with constant problems resurfacing in her country and that’s where her entrepreneurship journey began.

She decided to open a concierge company for the richest of rich people who visit Miami. Although she did not have the required funds to hire professions for developing a website, she took the road less traveled by.

She learned the art of developing a website and creating content. She learned how the internet works, website maintenance and design. Become a professional rather than hiring one-That became his Mantra for Success.

She wanted to bring her website to the first page on google. She noticed a few pointers while noticing the statistics. If you have the money and children, you would look for private schools. If you’re moving to a different country, every mother would think about a child. Yana started receiving clients in her first month of operation that helped her break even. From second work itself, she started drawing a stable income of around $4000.

Everyone around her discouraged her from starting her business due to the neck to neck competition in the 21st Century. But seeking rich and facing failure was embedded in her due to her past struggles and that made her business possible and profitable due to homegrown ambitions. Her client base includes the rich, high ranking politicians, celebrities and successful businessmen from numerous countries.

Her firm, life management Prime Life Miami, helps people who come to Miami and required Rented apartments, Villas, Houses. Her firm is a one-stop solution for Renting a Yacht, Miami Tours, Private Jets, Private Schools, Driver/Personal Assistant, etc. Her second firm guides the clients in purchasing their Real Estate in Miami. Her client base includes numerous successful people from Russia and her working relationship with them is awe-inspiring.

Her mantra for success is patience. The longevity of a plan brings inspiring results. Short Term Goals can never fetch long term happiness. Being result-oriented is a good thing but it is way better to enjoy the journey first. It is equally important to talk about failures and failing the others can draw conclusions. Life is a learning curve. Initiate life by learning and then go on to teach people through your failures so that they don’t repeat your mistakes.

Showcasing success is also very important. This motivates every person and is cool, to say the least. It will help others push themselves to start their own firm and work under their own conditions. Being a job giver rather than job seeker is the way to go in the 21st Century.

Two things Yana thought she should’ve been told before she started were experience is the most expensive. Every step whether if it’s right is good and if not right it is even better. From experience, you can take very big lessons and apply them in the future.  Experiencing experience is the most important learning curve in life.

Many people come to Yana after reading about her and knowing her story to thank her for inspiring them. This gives her a much-needed boost of energy and inspires her to turn her ambitions into an opportunity not only to earn and settle down but to also guide others towards their dreams selflessly and find everyone happy and successful around her.

Yana believes that the biggest challenge to starting a business for her was to believe in herself. She has doubts in her head when stayed and kept playing with her nerves but once she found solace in her own self, she brought herself that incredible feeling of pleasure and seemingly positive to conquer the world world.

How To Work From Anywhere & Travel The World For Free: With Zach Benson

Published

on

The life of an entrepreneur is a very hard and lonely road that most people often quit because of how hard and inconsistent it can be. Sure, there are a lot of successful entrepreneurs out there but there are even more that are barely getting by or some that are in massive debt. When it comes to social media it seems as if every entrepreneur and influencer is wealthy and happy but that’s not always true. It takes years of hard work and dedication for most entrepreneurs to even be able to hit the 6 figure mark.

To be able to work from anywhere using just a laptop and a phone is the goal every entrepreneur wants to reach, but most don’t have what it takes to reach that goal. Zach Benson is apart of the few entrepreneurs who do have what it takes and more. Benson is a full-time entrepreneur, world traveler, influencer, speaker, and investor. Growing up was a bit difficult for Benson because he had a speech impediment which was the reason why he couldn’t pronounce the letter “R” until he was in his twenties.

The kids Benson grew up with would always make fun of him for his speech impediment and especially because he looked different. He always felt left out and very different because he was born in Korea and was later adopted by his parents in Iowa, so of course none of the local kids understood his situation. Everything seemed to change for Benson once he found dance. In high school, one of Benson’s girlfriends gave him a “How To Breakdance” DVD and he watched it day and night while practicing.

In his college years, Benson was traveling and competing in dance competitions. He actually made it onto the popular TV show “So You Think You Can Dance”. After all of that, he started teaching others how to dance and he was earning $1,000 an hour for it. Then, one day he hurt his back and the doctor told him he would probably never be able to dance again with his injury. Benson became depressed but he knew he had to do something, so Benson and his brother started growing Instagram accounts for money.

Then something quite random happened, he had an opportunity to invest his last $10,000 into an Instagram account. He made that choice to invest every last dollar of his and with the new account, he used it to grow his client’s accounts. With all of the money he was making with the new investment he kept buying accounts and assets.

Now, Benson is the founder of Assistagram, an Instagram growth, and marketing agency with an incredible network of 220 million followers. They specialize in the growth of Instagram accounts. He is currently working with some of the most famous brands and celebrities in the world: everyone from Ritz Carlton, Russell Brunson, etc. Benson also specializes in Instagram campaigns that are able to reach millions of people worldwide. He works with Tourism Boards and brings over destination influencers to different countries to create the most amazing content to share it and make that content go viral, which results in lots of exposure, growth and new customers.

In the past 3 years, Benson has received over 500 completely free nights at the world’s most luxurious hotels and resorts. Luxury brands definitely see the ROI when it comes to Benson. Thousands of influencers, celebrities, and brands trust Benson with their campaigns and Instagram accounts because of the amazing results he is able to deliver in such a short amount of time. Benson is currently one of the best Instagram growth and marketing entrepreneurs in the world.

Many kids grow up with low self-esteem and low self-confidence. There are numerous reasons why kids have these doubts built up in their minds. Sometimes it can come from having distant parents or even from not having any friends at school. As time goes by they learn to be more confident, but some of those kids grow up and never really find the confidence that is deep down inside of them. Even some adults never find their confidence and it can also be caused by various reasons or experiences throughout their life, but the only thing that matters is that they get the help they need to restore their confidence.

An Interview with Entrepreneur & Visionary, Isaac Mashman

Published

on

Isaac Mashman is a 19 year old entrepreneur, and visionary from Jacksonville, Florida who decided overnight to pack his suitcase and move to Bakersfield, California in July of 2019. Because of his past, Isaac has come to understand the value of hard work, but also knows that there was more to life than struggle. He was first introduced to entrepreneurship at the age of 17 as a senior in high school and has since worked on a clothing line, spent a year in network marketing and is currently running and operating his companies, Mashman Media and Mashman Coaching & Consulting. Isaac is also the host of The Hustler’s Choice Podcast, which was started to help people take their hustles and lives to unprecedented levels. Aiming for tremendous heights, he doesn’t see a limit to what can be accomplished, or what legacy can be left behind and is determined to have a monumental impact on the world.

Where do you see yourself? What’s your dream?

When I first started out in entrepreneurship, and building my brand, I was absolutely clueless as to what direction I was heading in. After being in the game for a couple of years, and having the (small) experiences I have, I now realize that the most important thing in life is being able to impact others and have a positive influence.

In the next several years I will be traveling all around the world speaking on stages, running successful 7-figure plus companies, and living the life of my dreams. My dream is to have all around complete freedom in every area of life, and to be able to help whomever I want, whenever I want.

A life entirely on my own terms.

What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

At first it was the money. Growing up my family did not have a lot of money, and seeing my mom struggle as much as she did hurt me, but also made me realize that that was not the position I wanted to be in. The opportunities in today’s world and the overall concept of running companies without limitations appealed to me. I know that with hard work and continual growth as a man, son, entrepreneur and leader I will be able to retire her, and help the rest of my immediate family.

Although that is still one of the key driving forces behind getting started, the thought of inspiring people from all walks of life, employing others and helping the economy in the process makes me want to work even harder.

It’s difficult to narrow down just one driving force!

How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Currently all of my business is done through word-of-mouth, local networking or direct messaging. Since I’m in the very beginning stages of Mashman Media, I am currently focusing on establishing credibility in the marketplace and getting the business out to more people. I don’t see the point of spending money on advertisements just yet, but could potentially do so in the future.

Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

This is something that I’ve been thinking a lot about lately, and the only formula I can come up with is work, consistency and self development. I view success as the same thing as getting a six pack. Everyone knows how to get a six pack, yet they still go around looking for some secret diet pill. In reality plus or minus some things, all it takes is hard work, dedication and eating healthy. See the parallel?

What is the best advice you can give to aspiring entrepreneurs (or our readers)?

Surround yourself with good, positive and trustworthy influences. Do as much self development as you can, and do not be afraid of getting out of your comfort zone. As cliché as it may sound, the most growth that you could ever experience happens away from your comfort zone. There are so many things I could and want to say, but my other word of advice would be to follow your heart.

If you had a magic stick, which are the three things you would change in the world?

I would get rid of poverty on an international level.

I would provide 100% renewable energy, and focus on environmental improvements.

I would end hate in general.
