Grooming a successful digital agency; The Luke Lintz way.

Luke Lintz is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of HighKey Holdings, an entity that owns several different companies. HighKey is an innovative brand that appeals to the general public with futuristic technology and interests higher-level business people with massive personal brand growth strategies.
Over the past four years, luke has done nothing but become part of the elite. He’s one of the only few people who can claim they’ve started a business at 16 years old and scaled it to $1million by 19.
He and his brother, Jordan Lintz, both run the firm together and have taken their brand to unbelievable heights.
Since Inception, Highkey has created an immeasurable amount of social media content for itself and its clients.
Highkey has also gained tens of thousands of followers on their platforms through the use of eye-catching videos and posts.
This was enough social proof for large net worth individuals such as Stefan Aarnio and a host of other clients to work with them.
After several months working with these large net worth individuals, Luke learned a lot of valuable business and life lessons.
These people were not only his clients; they became a vital part of Luke’s life.
Helping others
Due to demand from their clients, Luke and his brother Jordan split HighKey into three independent firms;
Highkey Technology, HighKey Agency Inc, and HighKey clout.
HighKey technology Inc is a firm whose sole aim is to provide anyone with futuristic devices and consumer electronics such as wireless Earbuds, speakers, charging backpacks, etc.; All of these at an affordable price.
Unlike Highkey Tech Inc, HighKey Agency specializes in growing elite personal brands on social media.
As a full-service social media management agency for person brands, Highkey Agency helps its clients with content creation, post-management, and growth across major Social Networks such as Instagram, linkedIn, Youtube, and the growing entertainment sector known as podcasts.
Last but not least is HighKey Clout.
HighKey clout is a firm that connects influencers with large organizations and personal brands; this guarantees both parties get what they want. It’s a win-win situation.
Making a Difference
When Luke set out to start Highkey Technology, he pictured where the brand would be in a decade.
He didn’t want a brand that would rise with the trends and hit rock bottom when the trends die down.
He decided to create a business that would operate by the principles of networking, consistency, and top-notch service.
This business model has paid off. The firm rarely goes after it’s clients due to the high amount of referrals that come in.
Till today, Luke is thankful for building meaningful connections with his clients rather than just chasing the cheque.
He recommends that every agency owner focuses on producing the best services possible, and the clients will come.

It runs In the family: Amel Elezovic and Anes Elezovic

Director Amel Elezovic and athlete Anes Elezovic are mega-talented brothers, working in the same industry. They share their favourite memories of stealing candy, running with cheetahs, and being there for each other when things get rough
What’s your first memory of each other?
Amel: One of my earliest memories is of Anes learning to sit up. I was asked to take care of him one evening. Normally he would just roll over but that afternoon, he just balanced himself and sat up. I was thrilled.
Anes: Me and Amel are twins so I remember when we were 12 and we celebrated halloween together and Amel dressed up really weird, at first I thought it was another person. He had long hair in a ponytail, a beard, and was wearing black. He created a late-night commotion in the house and I was like, “who is this guy?”
What is the craziest thing you have done together?
Amel: We haven’t had the opportunity to do a lot of crazy things together but I know we will…soon.
Anes: We went running with some cheetahs on leashes in Kruger National Park. We were also the only two people there when my grandmother passed away. It was very sad and emotional, as she was someone we both adored deeply.
What did you get punished for the most as a child?
Amel: I was a very assertive and curious child, constantly challenged my parents and got on their nerves, and got reprimanded. I never got punished as such.Anes: At age eight, I stole some money from my dad’s wallet, ran all the way to the market alone and bought the most expensive Japanese candy I could find. My mum wasn’t very happy when she heard about all this.

Meet Mario Moro with few top tips for become a successfull Social Media Manager

Mario Moro, is an Italian Social Media marketing manager and digital creator, with almost 5 years of experience in the industry. Today he shared with us, the best advice for the success and overcoming the obstacles that those who enter on the the professional field of social media, may have to face during their career.
How did you overcome these obstacles?
The biggest and still very frequent obstacles is to make people understand the true potential of social networks and the web. The social media are now the future, the web, digitization is an important goal for every person, private or corporate. There are no strategies or magic formulas, everything lies in knowing how to convert our daily offline offline in the best way with so much creativity and professionalism.
What helped you achieve success?
These obstacles are faced with the awareness that in this field you must be constantly updated. So doing in-depth studies, training courses, learn as much you can, check youtube’s tutorials etc. Being prepared on the various facets of which Social Media is composed, is very important. This offers security to your customers, being prepared for everything, being able to solve any problems they have and for which they decide to hire an “Expert” in the field who can help them.
I am very satisfied with the successes achieved, as I mentioned before, nowadays is difficult to make a difference as distrust and competition are the order of the day. But with the right training, trained mind and physique really help a lot, but above all the real success lies in identifying with every single person, really understanding the needs, and surrounding oneself with collaborators and a loyal and above all motivated team. If you really want something in your life you have to break it off. Nothing is impossible
