John Trah, Founder of Team ƎCOMWOLF™ Shares His Entrepreneurship Lessons

John Trah is the owner of the leading Ecommerce only page on Instagram, called Team ƎCOMWOLF™. He is a full time dropshipper with a social media marketing agency. He also does 1 on 1 coaching with clients teaching Ecommerce and Dropshipping. I had the pleasure of interviewing John and here is what he had to say!

Hey John! Lets start with where your from and your background story?

John Trah: I come from a small town and an average family, we never struggled with the basics, we always had food on our table but I was also never spoiled or had more than the basics…. In short I was average just like most people but I had a lot of ambition. The one thing that made me become successful was the fact that I was always underestimated by others, I always felt that life was unfair to me and that I should be more

What are your accomplishments?

John Trah: My greatest accomplishment is being able to inspire thousands of people everyday and be able to do what I do at such a young age, as well as being the owner of the biggest Ecommerce Brand on Instagram

What differentiates you from everyone else in your field?

John Trah: The thing that differentiates me is that I always say the truth, I only speak facts and a lot of people can relate to me and are able to connect with me more than others who teach the same stuff

What would you say to someone who came to you for advice about taking ‘the leap of faith’ into entrepreneurship?

John Trah: I would tell them that they should just go for it… You see, most people are stuck in that loop of listening to their parents, teachers or friends advice and that holds them back cause they get discouraged which results into not taking action. Stagnancy is the enemy, Action is king

What were the biggest entrepreneurship lessons you learned from your experience droppshippping

John Trah: My biggest lesson was that I learned to appreciate time, cause 1 year of hardcore focus and alignment with your goals can really take you to the next level, before that I was just wasting my time, being on every scene and not really valuing myself or most importantly valuing my time which is the biggest asset we all have.

What is your personal definition of success?

John Trah: My personal definition of success is very simple…. Success is not a checklist, not a dream job, not a fast car, a good home, even love. All of that mean nothing if you haven’t yet found a way to feel full and content in your heart

We often hear stories that make it seem like someone was an overnight success when really there were setbacks and stumbles along the way. Why do you think it’s valuable to be candid about both failure and success?

John Trah: Success is definitely not an overnight thing, people just say that so they can justify their inability to work and get out of their comfort. There were a lot of days where I fell asleep on my laptop, a lot of sleepless nights, a ton of sacrificed parties and I actually didn’t even go out for 2 summers in order to focus on my businesses

What is the best way for someone to reach you if they are interested in working with you?

The best way for someone to reach out to me is through Instagram, IG name: @johntrah or my Pages name: @ecomwolf or through my website: teamecomwolf.com
