Meet Barion McQueen: CEO Of The Brand Castle

Barion McQueen is the proud CEO of The Brand Castle, a branding, digital marketing, and business consultancy firm that helps businesses scale and achieve success.

The Brand Castle specializes in strategic social media campaigns that focuses on building and protecting a positive brand image, creating loyalty among fans/customers, and driving new leads for businesses.

In this article, Barion himself tells us how humility and honesty helped him ascend the ladder of success.

1. Tell me a little about yourself (a brief background story) and what you do

My name is Barion McQueen.

I was born in Newark, Delaware, and later relocated to South Florida in 2013.

I am a digital marketer, brand specialist, business consultant, and also a real estate agent.

2. How exactly does ‘The Brand Castle’ help people?

My company helps any business small or large with personal branding and business growth.

We specialize in strategic social media campaigns that focus on building and protecting a positive brand image, creating loyalty among fans/customers, and driving new leads for businesses.

Whether our clients need branding, re-branding, updated websites, SEO, social media management, photography, or videography, we can help them achieve these things.

With many years of experience, we help plan, produce, and promote content that drives audience engagement as well as conversions.

3. What inspired you to venture into entrepreneurship?

Even as a child, I believe I’ve always had an entrepreneurship spirit. I was always super creative.

Growing up, I feel the only way to showcase your creativity is to have the ability to create without boundaries or constraints.

Working for someone else has specific rules, regulations, and policies that put you in a box as a creative, and I never wanted to be put in a box.

I always wanted to be my boss and make my decisions.

4. What values and principles have led to your success?

Humility is one value and principle I’ve always known that’ll help me succeed. Being humble doesn’t take anything from anyone.

Whether you are a million-dollar CEO or a lady serving lunch in the cafeteria, respect is first and foremost.

Honesty is also another value and principle I stand by. When dealing with people and business, honesty is always the best policy.

No one wants to do business with someone they feel is ripping them off; therefore, always present the customer with value.

Once you’re honest, people will have no problem paying you.

5. What are your hobbies?

Honestly, I love photography.

That’s actually how I started my company- The Brand Castle.

We started doing photography and ad campaigns for some big brands and later added all the other elements.

There is something about capturing moments, ideas, and products that I love.

I cannot forget bowling. I love to go bowling.

I used to bowl in a few bowling leagues back home in both Delaware and New Jersey, where we ended up being the top teams and winning in the New Jersey league.

6. What was your biggest turning point?

I think the biggest turning point was relocating to Florida.

Back home in Delaware, my whole career was centered around doing music and the music business.

When I relocated to Florida, where no one knew me, it gave me a fresh opportunity to start something from scratch, and I’ve been able to focus and do more since being in Florida.

Being from Delaware, let me know that I can go anywhere in the world and know how to hustle and make something out of nothing.
